Product Description

This unit enables attendance registration and supports six types of voting: parliamentary voting, audience response voting, multiple-choice voting, opinion poll voting, rating, and for/against voting.

Yellow LED confirmation indicators prompt users for presence and vote, confirming registration. A blue LED indicates normal operation; flashing blue LED signifies a communication fault.

The unit can be click-to-fit mounted in a 2mm thick metal panel or combined with LBB 4127/00 Coupling Pieces and LBB 4125/00 End Caps for versatile installations. This combination ensures a stylish design.

Direct connection to the DCN network provides an economic solution for positions where only voting capabilities are needed.

Controls and Indicators

• Five voting buttons with yellow confirmation indicators:
  • Present, no (-), abstain (x), and yes (+) for attendance registration, parliamentary voting, and for/against.
  • Numerals: 1 to 5 for multiple choice, opinion polls, and rating.
  • Rating scale: --, -, 0, +, ++ for audience response.
• One unit active indicator: A blue LED indicates normal system operation, flashing for communication faults.
• One de-init/init button: Located on the rear side of the unit.
• Jumper: To change the order of the parliamentary voting buttons (present, yes (+), no (-), abstain (x)).

Interconnection

• 1 m (0.14 in) DCN cable terminated with a molded 6-pole male circular connector.
• 1 m (0.14 in) DCN cable terminated with a molded 6-pole female circular connector for loop-through connection to the DCN network.

Note: An unused output cable must be terminated by an LBB 3518/00 Termination Plug.
